Not even worth one star. The service was appalling.

The order arrived after twenty minutes one cup of tea was missing and after an hour, when everyone had finished the meal, on the final request we were told that we needed to appreciate that the tea had not yet reached the front of the 'system'.

One of the six meals ordered was not what was ordered, on pointing this out to the waitress we were told ' there has been a mix up in the kitchen', the meal was left on the table uneaten, not replaced and charged for as was the missing pot of tea!

On neighbouring tables other customers were experiencing similar problems. One lady who asked if her coffee would be long was told that she had confused the system by sharing a table with someone else.

This was despite the waitress having successfully taken the order 40 minutes earlier and the lady not having moved.

Never experienced anything like it!! Try the Copper Kettle instead, you will be sure to be treated well.
