Avoid Kids Pizza Making Party
Booked my son's 6th birthday tea as a pizza making party after the children watched the Snow Pay at the junction on Sunday 5th February. We were allocated a waitress who had no clue on what to do for a pizza making party and the restaurant manager and other parent friends came to the rescue. Am at a loss to understand why an inexperienced waitress was allocated to our table. Fortunately, the children were oblivious to the lack of service. I would have preferred being informed by the restaurant that they didnot have the experience to host the party rather than being told on the day (after a series of poor service) that the staff on duty had not done a pizza making party before. It will be a long time before I go back. Fortunately, my son's actual birthday which was on Friday was spent with both parents and child having a very happy, memorable and stress free experience - it would have been awful if I had taken him to F&B's on his actual birthday. What a pity as we were really looking forward to the experience.

I have just recieved a christmas menu for the above restaurant. The last time we visited this establishment was for my husbands birthday in April.

I booked weeks in advance explained it was the hubby`s birthday and asked for a few balloons and a cake as a surprise.

It was a surprise alright there were no balloons, no cake, our food was cold the staff were very unhelpful and to top it all off I was over charged.

Please somebody give me just ONE reason I would ever want to go back there??
